Educational Visits & Visitors to the School
Educational Day Visits
The outdoor classroom can be used to bring learning alive for many children and we aim where possible to use our spacious grounds to inspire and stimulate our children. There are though further benefits and opportunities to be exploited through educational day visits.
First hand experience and real life situations are hugely beneficial to creating exciting, quality learning and we value the role they play in school life.
Some of the places visited by the children recently includes:

Walk to the local shops
War Memorial Museum, Belfast
W5 in Belfast
The Wonder of Christmas at Bangor Elim

Visitors to the School
We also invite a variety of visitors into the school to help enhance our curriculum. Visitors bring with them a passion for what they do, which can be used positively to support our children's learning.
The range of visitors has included:
PSNI - Bullying, Internet Safety, Stranger Danger, Road Safety, Citizenship
Road Safety Officers
Event Full days - Viking Day
NI Fire Service
… and many more
